A couple of days ago I finished the last of the applique blocks for this quilt, and today I finished the quilt top. Imagine it with a bright red binding. I'll be machine quilting it soon too, as soon as I can get a bat cut for it. I could very easily be done with this whole project within a week. I could make that a goal, couldn't I? I spent time at Borders today with the Border Babes and I got several pieces of applique attached. Nice! I wanted to continue working on it this afternoon, but I had to do silly things today like vacuuming and dishes. Whatever!
